On June 21st, Yale Alumni came together for a delightful evening at Giulia, an Italian restaurant in Shuwaikh Industrial Area. The gathering included distinguished alumni such as Fawzi Sultan (Graduate School ’70), Benyameen Ghareeb (School of Architecture ’15), Dana Al Mathkoor (School of Architecture ’19), and Naser AlSayer (School of Management ’19). We were also honored to have a visiting Alumni from Yale Alumni France, Michel Stofer (School of Management '19), join us.
The evening commenced at 8 p.m., setting the stage for fond reminiscences of our university days, shared classroom stories, and discussions about life post-graduation. Of course, no Yale gathering would be complete without a spirited debate on the best pizzas in New Haven!
As we said our goodbyes to an enjoyable evening, we decided to continue these connections with quarterly follow-up dinners. Our goal is to foster stronger bonds among Yale Alumni in Kuwait and create lasting memories. Stay tuned for more updates on our next gathering.
